Gary Bimberg practices exclusively in the area of
Social Security Disability Law. He has extensive
experience representing thousands of clients
throughout Michigan and nationally at all levels of
appeal, from initial application to U.S. Federal Courts.

Mr. Bimberg was admitted to the State Bar of
Michigan in 1995.  He was admitted to practice
before the United States Federal Court Eastern
District of Michigan in 1995.  Mr. Bimberg is a
frequent lecturer, author and instructor regarding
“Social Security Disability Claims from an
Advocate’s Point of View.” He has been a shareholder and director at Levine Benjamin since 2000, and
along with Joseph Houle, he heads the Social
Security Division at the firm.
