Kevin Kain has devoted his career to representing
Workers Disability Compensation claimants.

Mr. Kain was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan
in 1988, and he has been a shareholder and
director at Levine Benjamin since 1995. He heads
the Workers Compensation Division at the firm.

Mr. Kain is a former Executive Board member of
the Michigan Trail Lawyers Association. He has
appeared on cable television shows like “Legal
Insider” to discuss workers compensation issues.
