The seven attorneys in
our Social Security Group
specialize in Social Security disability law and
represent disabled individuals nationally at all
stages
of a claim, including initial application,
hearing and
appeals.
Clients choose to be
represented by Levine
Benjamin rather than one of the national non-attorney
groups that handle Social Security
claims because we are experienced lawyers,
as well
as experts in
Social Security Disability
law. We are
well prepared
to represent
claimants before
judges, and only
attorneys
can represent a
claimant in Federal court,
if a
claim needs to be
filed at that level.
Levine Benjamin has
represented over 20,000 individuals in Social Security Disability
claims
throughout Michigan and the country.
Examples of the types of cases we handle include: Social Security
Disability Insurance (SSDI) claims
SSDI appeals
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims
Disabled Adult Claims (DAC)
Children’s (SSI) claims
