Marc Sussman has exclusively represented claimants
in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income since 1999. Before that, in addition
to Social Security cases, he also represented injured
workers in Workers’ Disability Compensation cases.

Mr. Sussman has represented clients in more than
thirty states, and he has taken appeals to the United
States District Court and the United States Circuit
Court of Appeals.

Mr. Sussman was admitted to the State Bar of
Michigan in 1975.  He has been a member of Levine
Benjamin since 1975 and a partner since 1982. He
currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the firm.
