When you can’t work because of bad health, you worry how you’ll pay for food, housing and all your bills.
Social Security disability income can help you survive.
When you get hurt in an accident at work or develop an illness because of your working conditions, workers’ compensation benefits are supposed to be there for you, providing medical coverage and payment for lost wages.
Benefits restore stability to your life when you face the unexpected.
But too often, your employer’s workers’ comp insurance company stands in the way. They try to reduce—or deny—your benefits.
Jason Steinhelper, associate attorney at Levine Benjamin Law Firm, focuses his practice on Social Security disability and workers’ compensation cases, helping win benefits for those who can’t work and helping hard-working people after they were injured on the job.
In Detroit, Toledo, Flint, Lansing, Grand Rapids and all across Michigan, whether you need a lawyer for workers’ compensation or help with appealing or applying for disability, we help you every step of the way.

From applying to appealing, Levine Benjamin attorney Jason Steinhelper helps you every step of the way.
